Situated in Psalidi, this 3-star hotel features a pool with sun-lounger terrace and self-catered apartments with free WiFi access. It is only 30 metres from the beach, featuring a beach bar, umbrellas and sun beds. The spacious apartments include a bedroom with private balcony, and a kitchen/seating room with dining table, minibar and TV. Both rooms are air-conditioned, and the large bathroom includes a hairdryer. Theodorou Beach Hotel Apartments has a separate children's pool and all guests enjoy free umbrellas and sun beds.Breakfast and lunch are offered at the beach bar daily, while the all-day Nostos café bar serves refreshing drinks in a relaxed setting. Theodorou Beach Hotel is 1.5 km from the centre of Kos Town. The bus stops only 40 metres from the hotel, and guests can rent bicycles and motorbikes just outside the hotel. Car rental is possible at the reception.

+: Erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel! Mooie kamer met zicht op zee.
-: Airconditioning leek aan de oudere kant, maakte best veel geluid. Douchedarm was kapot, waardoor er geen water uit kwam. Dit werd snel hersteld, maar nog steeds niet optimaal.

+: I really enjoyed the service from the hotel. They were very keen and flexible to my requests. The room has everything needed for a comfortable stay with one particular exception that I will elaborate later.
-: While the service was great and I am happy about that, I believe the price I paid exceeds the overall value of the stay. The staff were friendly and attentive, which I really appreciated. However, I noticed that the cleanliness of the room could have been improved. Especially the aircon which I was not able to use during my whole stay because it was just full of bacteria and mould. Turning it on meant to risk my health and I would suggest they do a professional chemical wash in the aircon so that future guests can use the aircon without developing respiratory problems. This is the only thing that negatively caught my attention. I will not share photos about it for respect to the property but I urge them to seriously check this. The rest of things were as expected and I would still recommend this place.

+: Posizione ottima, vicino al porto e al centro. Con possibilità di noleggio motocicli a 300 metri dall’hotel. Pulizia non ottimale. Utensili per la cucina assenti. Personale reception disponibile.

+: J’ai adoré le service, le personnel est génial il n’y a rien à redire. Le bâtiment est chouette et il y a un petit ascenseur donc c’est pratique. La piscine est propre et les chambres sont propres aussi
-: La baignoire, il y avais des saletés. C’est la seule chose qui m’as dérangé. Aussi il n’y avais pas de petit déjeuner inclus alors que je me souviens d’avoir vu qu’il y avais un petit déjeuner compris donc ça m’as vraiment beaucoup dérangé.
