+: Splendida vista sulla caldera.Appartamento in pieno centro, con doppio ingresso autonomo ed indipendente, molto spazioso e con ampio terrazzo con sedie, tavolino e la vasca jacuzzi molto ampia, pulita e ben funzionante (possibilita' di cambiare la temperatura e i getti di acqua). Terrazzo che si vede nelle foto è diviso in pratica in due, dalla scaletta e da un parete di separazione, per le.2 distinte Ville (volendo, sono comunicanti se si fittano entrambe). Letto mattimoniale comodissimo.Bagno grande , bello e ben attrezzato.Wifi Ok.

-: Nessun problema grave, solo piccole cose migliorabili o da sapere :Come molte altre sistemazioni in pieno centro nelle stradine, ci sono molte scale ripide da fare per raggiungere la Villa, quindi non lo consiglerei a chi ha problemi a camminare o a chi ha bambini piccoli con passegino. La Villa (io ero in quella do Sinistra, guardando il mare) è molto ampia ma gli spazi non sono ottimizzati, comunque per 2 persone lo spazio è anche troppo. La Tv è vecchia e in pratica non prende canali.Avrei gradito qualche altra cialda per la macchina del caffe' e zucchero.La Villa di Destra penso abbia piu' sole nell'arco della giornata.

+: The view

-: We were provided towels & cleaned once during our 7 night stay. No power point in bathroom,2 sachets if sugar & 4 pods of coffee for a 6 night stay!! Swimsuits were damaged from the chemicals from the jacuzzi, bleached on the bottom.

+: The villa is made up of two individual units that have interior passage doors between them that can be opened or locked as needed. The terrace is shared by both units but is somewhat separated by the stairwell in the center going down to the walking path below. We (two couples) rented both units so we had the entire villa to ourselves. Each half of the villa is quite large with plenty of space. Very comfortable beds. Large walk-in closets. Nice bathrooms each with a large shower. The unit on the left has the bathroom in the front which has two windows that open allowing for good ventilation. The unit on the right is a little larger, but has the bathroom at the rear without any windows so it stays a bit more damp. Everything was very clean. The view from the terrace is spectacular. We enjoyed having breakfast out there in the mornings, and bottles of wine in the evenings to watch the beautiful sunsets. As a nice surprise, there happened to be the yearly Ifestia festival taking place on our first night with a fireworks and light show to reenact the volcano eruption from 1620BC. We had a perfect view of the entire show from the terrace. Each side of the terrace has its own hot tub. There was a pleasant maintenance man that came by to clean them. We chatted for a while and I let him know that we had not used them. He said they routinely clean them every couple of days regardless. This involved draining all the water, sanitizing, rinsing, refilling with water, and adding the appropriate chemicals to keep the water clean. That was very good to know as we were hesitant to use them not knowing how clean they actually were. Yes, there is loud music from all the surrounding bars, clubs, and restaurants till about 3am. However, it was not noticable inside the units with the doors and windows closed and AC running. We all slept very well. Good communication with the management company before, during, and even after our stay.

-: There are LOTS of stairs!!! Getting from the upper path down to the villa would be a problem if you have walking difficulties or are one of those people that overpacks with the rediculously large suitcases. We all had carry-on size cases and it was a bit of a workout. The terrace gets too hot to sit out there after about noon or so when the sun directly hits it. There are a couple of small umbrellas by the lounge chairs but they do not offer much coverage. There needs to be a larger canopy tent of some sort to provide some shade. This would also provide some privacy as currently everyone from above can see directly down on the entire terrace. Each unit has a very small refrigerator hidden in the cabinet underneath the kitchen counter. They do not fit more than a couple bottles of water and a bottle of wine. There is plenty of space to replace them with a larger refrigerator. A clothes washing machine would also make a great addition. A second suitcase stand is needed in each closet. The internet was a little spotty, but we had good mobile phone signals so it was not much of an issue for us.

+: Very nice clean spacie with great view!!

-: 1. There was no space to leave luggage which was very inconvenient. So if you arrive early and want to leave your luggage you cannot. Have to carry around until you are able to check in2. There was a misunderstanding related to check-in and the lady was not very friendly3. Raising a concern related to check in being so late 16:00. The lady tried her best for an early check in at 15:004. Was a bit hard to find the Villa

+: A localização e a vista pra caldeira são, indiscutivelmente os pontos mais fortes da estadia.

-: Tem muitas escadas para chegar até a acomodação mas isso é uma peculiaridade de quem busca se hospedar em Fira e de frente para a vista da caldeira.

+: Posizione perfetta, vista meravigliosa. Host molto efficiente e disponibile.
