+: The villa is outstanding and provides everything you need for a wonderful family vacation. It has very pleasant and kind owners, it is very clean and it is equipped with everything you need. I would recommend this villa to everyone ☺️

+: Konum sessiz bir bölgede ve yürüme mesafesinde plaj ve beach lere. Temizlik ve konfor çok iyiydi elisesos çok ilgili ve çözüm odaklı. İnternet hızı düşük kırsal bölge sorunu olduğunu ilettiler. Mutfak eşyaları donanımlı barbekü imkanı var güzel bir tatildi memnun kaldık.

-: Çeşmelerden akan su arıtılmış tuzlu su herşeyi satın aldığımız tatli su ile yaptık. Eve giriş yaptığımızda pet şişelerde su birakmisti ev sahibi. Ama yeterli olmadı.

+: Чудесно място за семейна почивка. Има хубава гледка към морето. Къщата е чиста и има всичко необходимо, така че нищо да не ви липсва. За нас беше добре, че не е в града, тъй като беше много спокойно, в същото време е само на 5 мин от пефкохори и не е необходимо да се ходи с кола до там( паркирането в пефкохори по това време е доста трудно). С удоволствие бихме посетили Villa Pefkohori отново!

+: Villa Pefkohori is an extremely pleasant place, with kind owners and good organization of the whole process. Cleanliness is at a very high level. The house is equipped with everything you need, even for a longer stay. And since I read the previous comments, I allow myself to take a position on some of them. My goal, besides being fair and objective, is to be helpful. The location - it is assumed that when looking for a place to rest, everyone will orient themselves, where exactly the villa is located and will be aware in advance. Hot water - this has also been thought of - it was explained to us in advance by the owners that if it is cloudy, we just need to turn on the water heater. We happened to have such a day and for two hours there was hot water and we did not suffer from its lack. The owner lives abroad - precisely due to the fact that his parents who welcome the guests do not speak English, the organization of communication was successfully solved by video conversation and nothing was left unspecified. Regarding the complaint that on the day of departure people came early to clean, the same thing happened at mass. We simply told them that we were not ready yet, but at the appointed time we would be leaving the house and they waited outside without bothering us. So, it's a problem for them, not the guests. I personally, as well as my friends, would gladly return to Villa Pefkohori again. Be healthy :)

+: The villa has everything you need for a longer stay - washing machine, dryer, several types of coffee machines. There is a veranda with a barbecue and a spectacular view of the bay from the terrace on the second floor. There is a bathroom and a toilet on each floor. The hosts had left complimentary wine and fruit as well as water for the entire stay.

-: The villa is located outside of Pefkohori and to get to the center you have to walk at about 1 km along a main road where there are no sidewalks. It is quite dangerous because the cars drive at high speed, and you have to cross the road. It is not safe because there are no lights at night.The stairs to the ground and second floors are quite steep and slippery, making them dangerous for children. The bedrooms on the second floor are small and quite warm. It is almost impossible to sleep comfortably at night. The air conditioner is in the corridor and in order to cool the rooms, the doors must be open all the time.The boiler is powered by solar batteries and in the evening the water is quite lukewarm, even cold. In the house next door, there were chickens, which came into the yard and defecated in front of the bedroom doors on the ground floor. There were many insects and lizards that often came inside. Despite the mosquito nets, insects were getting in. One day there was no electricity for 4 hours before noon. The water pump runs on electricity and unfortunately the water stopped as well. It was quite unpleasant because we couldn't brush our teeth, go to the toilet, make coffee. At the same time, however, there was electricity in the neighboring villas because they probably have generators.The owner lives in another country and is not available all the time. His mother welcomed us and accomodated us. Unfortunately she doesn't speak English and it was hard to understand each other. We had to speak on the phone with the owner to give us instructions and explain the house rules. There is no one to respond on site in case of a problem or ifyou need something. The villa was well cleaned but for a one week stay after that there was no cleaning service at all.We had agreed the check out to be at 10:00 AM, but the owner's mother and another woman came one and a half hour earlier. They entered the house while we were packing up.
