+: Really nice location, in a quiet place on the hill. If you want to enjoy your holidays farer away from crowded and noisy places, it is perfect. But you will need a car to get there and be flexible to discover the island. The apartment had a lot of space and really comfortable beds. The Wifi was good, also we got room service and coffee cups for the Nespresso machine every day. The pool was clean. The nearest beach of Panormos was under construction, so we don't used it, but you have a lot other possibilities, so this was not a problem. Michael was very helpful with information and always available via whatsapp.

-: Only two things, and that would be really easy to change: is it necessary that the staff do their loud and long conversations and personal phone calls at the pool? And started to put away the pool diwans, lamps, decoration and more, as the are going to close the location some days later. Thats why we felt not really welcomed the last 3 days of our 12 days stay.

+: Yakinthos Residence is located in a calm area of Mykonos with great views. The staff was very friendly and responsive to all our questions.Our 1 bedroom flat was really nice and we enjoyed to have our breakfast in the balcony with views over the swimming pool and sea.

-: I was expecting more facilities such as pan fry and other cookware to allow us to cook more in the flat as well as breakfast because this was something announced as a facility.

+: La struttura é bellissima. Avevamo una camera con ampio terrazzo, attrezzato di sdraio, tavolo e sedie, con affaccio sulla piscina e vista mare. Il letto era estremamente comodo e la camera dotata di tutti i servizi. Mike, il proprietario, é stato molto gentile anche prima del nostro arrivo, consigliandoci un ottimo autonoleggio, ed è stato molto disponibile per tutto il nostro soggiorno. La struttura è un po’ isolata ed è necessario avere un mezzo di trasporto, ma è a 15 minuti di distanza da tutte le spiagge più famose e a soli 5 minuti dalla bellissima spiaggia di Panormos.

+: Se necesita alquilar un coche para moverse por la isla poco que ver exceptuando las playas y la capital asi como la isla de Delos.El apartamento es muy chulo con todo lo necesario y con una bonita piscina. Lo mejor el personal sobre todo el gerente Mike excelente persona y muy servicial siempre atento a todas nuestras peticiones.

-: Excepto dos días de cortes de luz y agua, por una tormenta el dia que llegamos,ajenos al complejo y que se solucionaron bastante rápido nada todo excelente.

+: La maisonette è. Molto spaziosa, si sviluppa su due piani ed è molto comoda. Letti comodissimi con topper e lenzuola morbidissime. Bel terrazzo e bellissimo bagno al piano superiore.

-: Quando siamo arrivati i pavimenti delle camere da letto e del bagno a piano terra non erano ben puliti.
