+: Our 4-night stay at Artini Dijiwa in Ubud, Bali, was absolutely phenomenal. From the moment we arrived, the staff’s warmth and attentiveness made us feel at home. They went above and beyond, especially in making our baby feel happy and comfortable. The personal touch of learning our names created a truly personalized experience that made us feel like cherished guests. The poolside view, surrounded by lush greenery and tranquil sounds, was perfect for relaxation. The overall ambiance, attention to detail, and impeccable cleanliness added to the excellence of our stay.We can't rave enough about the exceptional service and hospitality at Artini Dijiwa. The staff’s genuine kindness and dedication left a lasting impression. We would return in a heartbeat and highly recommend this hotel for an outstanding experience in Ubud.

+: Everything. Location, Facilities, very comfortable huge bed and exceptional price.

-: The way to our room is kinda challenging but the facility is doing construction for better ways to reach without hassle.

+: The two pools and gardens were great. The staff were also perfect and friendly

-: Construction currently at Hotel - I felt this should be noted on all booking platforms as well as the venues own private website. I probably would not of booked had I known that. Breakfast was average for Bali. The bathroom shower area needed a refresh. I booked a “Rice Paddy View Room” however was informed at check in that there was not such a thing, again the booking platforms are not correct and are misleading , friendly staff and not their fault.

-: Colazione davvero scarna.Per raggiungere la stanza c'erano 45 rampe di scale, non proprio comodo. Non era stato specificato che il costo della spa andava incrementato di tasse e commissioni. Il pagamento con carta prevede 3% di commissioni (da quanto letto online è illegale ma lo fanno quasi tutti). Abbiamo usufruito della lavanderia: non fatelo. Quando siamo rientrati in hotel per il ritiro i vestiti erano tutti mischiati a quelli di altre persone e me li sono dovuti cercare uno ad uno. Davvero molto poco igienico e professionale. Il costo della lavanderia è "a capo" e nemmeno troppo economico considerando dove ci sia trova e il modo di lavorare.

+: Quarto confortável, limpo. Instalações externas muito bonitas e agradáveis, especialmente piscinas e os arredores. O hotel fica ao lado de um campo de arroz, que complementa a paisagem.

+: The property is gorgeous and staff are lovely

-: The room cleaning was extremely light? They basically just did the bed and change the towels!

+: Really enjoyable stay, the staff were very friendly and welcoming, the spa was fantastic, as was the restaurant. Great swimming pool with nice views and towels provided so didn't need to take up luggage space. It's down a small private road so very quiet but still only moments from the streets of ubud, a perfect mix. Over all a really great spot with excellent service.

-: Tiny amountnof building work while we were there, but where isn't there in Ubud and it didn't really bother us much at all.

+: The property is huge and it’s very traditional. The pool and communal areas are amazing. It’s very cost effective.

-: The pillows were a bit smelly.

+: Yemekleri, çalışanları, ilgileri her şeyi mükemmeldi. Otelin kendi doğası da harikaydı. Tekrar gelirsem tek adresim yine burası olacak.

-: Odada bol miktarda karınca vardı , karıncayı durduramayınca başka bir odaya 1 geceliğine geçirme kararı aldılar fakat diğer odalardada karınca + başka kanatlı böcek sorunları vardı ! Tekrar aynı odaya geri döndük ve elimizdeki kahve ile karıncaları uzak tutmaya çalıştık ! Otelin odaları dik bir merdivenden aşağı inince odalara ulaşılabiliyor o sebeple otel çıkışına ulaşmak için baya bir efor sarfetmek gerekiyor ! Kahvaltısı yeterli ve çeşitli değil bize hitap etmiyor ! Biz genel olarak otel güzel olsada veril alamadık !
