+: Big villa with huge front terrace for living & dining. Lovely garden with pool. Big bedroom and bathrooms.

-: Some amenities are aged. Toilet bowl flush is not functioning in one of the bathrooms. The shower room is a big let down at 2F rooms. Water pump not functioning well, both 2F bathrooms having water trickling for shower head and rain shower head. Dust mite in one of the rooms. I hope the management will seriously look into these issues.

+: Quite villa that was super spacious for the whole family(8adults+4children). Loved the bathroom and bed! Cooking in the villa was great with a huge fridge and a well equipped kitchen, could easily get ingredients from the nearest supermarket. Pool was nice with increasing depth, shaded from the hot sun too. And most importantly the staff were great, super polite and helpful! Thanks for the great time!

+: Huge villa with plenty of room for my group of 11! The design was modern, functional facilities, daily house keeping + mosquito repellent sprays. However, there were signs of wear and tear but I found this was typical of most Bali infrastructure and buildings. The location is convenient and close to shops. Since it was down an alley, it was initially confusing to find (Grab driversscooters later in the trip did not have an issue with Google Maps, just us first-time tourists). But this location actually worked in our favour because there was no traffic noise at the villa! It was less than 2 minutes walk to the nearest convenience store. There was typical, busy traffic on the main road outside, but this can be avoided by riding scooters. The nearest beach is 5-10 minute walk away, and there are restaurants lining the road just outside, including a rooftop bar. The hosts were so accomodating even before arriving in Bali - they communicated quickly via WhatsApp and helped me organise an extra bed plus surprise birthday cakes on two dates. During our stay, there was 247 reception with security. This made us feel safer when we left or arrived at odd hours - on the streets it can be intimidating with locals constantly heckling you for rideshare etc. I asked for help with splitting large bills, scooter hire, massage, internet issues, and they were always happy to assist. The staff organised delicious cakes for us and even surprised us by singing happy birthday! I didn't ask for this but we all appreciated how they went above and beyond for us. The cleanliness of the villa was excellent - the staff came in every day to tidy so that it basically looked brand new again. The quality of the staff was one of the highlights of my stay. I highly recommend Eden The Residence at the Sea for large groups visiting Bali!

-: Facilities were a bit aged, could tell obvious signs of wear and tear on the tables, wall skirting boards, floor, and water taps. The overall design was sleek and modern, I understand it is difficult to update anything without a full-scale renovation. Had an issue with the water pressure in one of the upstairs bedrooms (furthest from the ascending staircase) - when multiple showers were being used simultaneously, the water pressure would be minimal (a few drops) to nothing. This is also understandable due to the competing water demand plus this bathroom being higher up. Just something for future guests to note if many people need to take showers at the same time. Otherwise, there was plenty of hot and cold water throughout the daynight. There are multiple villas under this company, all adjacent to one another. We were asked to lower our noise on 2 nights (our apologies) after 11pm. On the other nights, our neighbouring villa were also making noise disturbances from partying late at night. We didn't make complaints about this but noise is something for future guests to be aware of during peak travelling seasons. Certainly not as bad as more central areas of Kuta, in my experience.

+: Staff are amazing. Like truly !! The place is great and just like the pictures. We stayed 6 adults and 3 kids and my family was so happy. I can’t stress about the staff being amazing . They are lovely and caring.

-: I guess having to pay extra $ for 2 baby beds (because I have twins) was abit too much given the amount we have to pay anyway. I wish they could include that. But everything else was amazing to the T!!

+: Beautiful property, very spacious for our group of 7. Amazing pool! Very quiet😊

-: The location is a bit away from main shops but easy to get there with grab
