+: I love the venue next to the beach with lovely restaurant… greay place sitting there during dinner

-: The place is just too huge, walking from lobby is not recommended, do use the buggy car to show u around

+: Große Suite mit schönem Gartenblick. Den Ozean konnten wir auch bewundern (3. OG). Große Auswahl beim Frühstück (Indonesische und westliche Küche). Super freundliches, zuvorkommendes und sehr hilfsbereites Personal.

-: Mindestens 2 Aufzüge waren während unseren Aufenthalts nicht benutzbar (unter Wartung). Da ich dieses Jahr auf eine Gehilfe angewiesen war und den Buggy-Service nicht optimal nutzen konnte, muß ich hier leider einen Punkt abziehen. Wir hatten vom Hotel eine Rollstuhl als Ersatz bekommen, so daß meine Frau mich zu den weiter entfernten Aufzügen schieben durfte.

+: La gentillesse et la disponibilité du personnel.

-: L'éclairage dans la salle de bain pour le maquillage.Il manquait de la clarté. Au petit déjeuner il faudrait proposer des viennoiseries au beurre.

+: Everything was amazing! The staff, the rooms, the food! It was a wonderful stay!

+: The breakfast was tasty with lots of variety & the pool was fabulous.The kids club was also really great.

-: We had some issues with our room which the staff tried to compensate us for.

+: The staff at the restaurant and waiters ect The buffet was good The bed were comfy Hotel rooms was insulated You couldn’t hear outside and or neighbors

-: The entrance lobby is outdated We we arrived there were bird dropping everywhere maybe because they didn’t clean it yet ( 7:30am) The room is outdated and wasn’t clean properly Specially the bathroom The shower heads were terrible Barely any pressure My home shower is better I put my phone on charge and 2 or the plugs came out of the wall One night got waking up at 4 am from a noise in the toilet, it’s sounded blocked and the noise keep on going for 20 mins All the fountains jet outside doesn’t works apart from the the entrance one The reception lobby staff are not very useful I asked them if they knew any drivers ect they couldn’t help ( apart from their driver ( who cost way too much for Bali) and needed to be booked 24h in advance And I asked them other advice but they couldn’t help me We were 12h late on arrival due to flight delay and when I informed them they were straight away telling me that they would not refund us for those 12h ( I didn’t care and didn’t asked). We payed WAY too much for what it was $1500 for 5nights in June I didn’t care about the price I wanted somewhere lush and it wasn’t, worst half of that . My stay wasn’t horrible as I just wanted quiet time a swim and good food, I did had that but if the hotel were a bit nicer I would have enjoyed more. Also we were staying on the 4th floor and we could open all shades and iron blinds, that was nice with the ocean view but no safe at all If you have kids it’s very dangerous as the long couch is against it, they bend over and they are gone ….

+: Location was excellent, rooms were fantastic, staff were very accommodating and friendly. Breakfasts were delicious with great variety.

-: Linen was old and needed an upgrade, rooms felt damp, no hooks for towels, no face washers provided.
