+: Staff are friendly but need more training on how to handle drunk obnoxious guests.
-: The fact that on there is a 24 hr bar downstairs and you have multiple guests complain about the noise. This went until 3am in the morning. Not just once, but multiple times. After calling security during these times, I was told that they had been asked to quieten down. Yet I could hear what they were saying in my room upstairs. I had to go downstairs and ask the guests to keep the noise down during my first visit and second visit. The noise continued multiple nights. The second time in June, I was given a key to move to a twin room with no view. I suggested that after 11pm, they move the people who wanted to drink over to the conference area where they could make asuch noise as they wanted and not bother guests. I have found alternative accommodation for my other retreats.

+: The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is the best I've eaten at a restaurant in Asia. Very close walking distance to the beach and great proximity to the airport.
