-: The family rooms need a balcony or separate space if child is sleeping where you can be in the room but not in the space of the child. Also frost the windows in the bathrooms no one needs to see others showering.

+: It was close to everything and easy to get around

-: We had to move rooms as the roomsHad a really bad mould mildew smell which was making me quite sick . we also had to pay for an upgrade to get out of that room and the upgraded room smelt of mildew and mould as well.

+: Mercure is in the perfect location. Amazing staff, so friendly and accomodating. The rooms are clean. Bed is comfortable! Perfect place for Legian Bali.

-: It was sooo noisy 🥲😭😭 we were too tirrd to ask them to chnage rooms. As travellers we also prioritize rest

+: IT WAS ALL GOOD THE SERVICEAND ESPECIALLY BREAKFAST IS WAS A GREAT JOURNEY AND BTW THE POOL WAS CUTE ITS RARE TO HAVE SMALL POOL AT BALCONY FOR HOTELS, ALL OVER IT WAS REALLY GREATE!

-: NOTHING MUCH BECAUSE I LIKE EVERYTHING, SO FAR THE HOTEL MERCURE IS NEARBY THE BARS AND RESTAURANTS AND SMALL STORES SO IS WAS REALLY CONVENIENT FOR US SINCE ITS ALL OPEN ACCESS IN AREA AND NEARBY THE MALL WHICH IS WALKING DISTANCE ! <3
