+: When I reached hotel after 24 hours of travel at night they told me there is no booking. Staff tried to argue but finally accepted that their system was not working or they didn’t record. They told me to shift to another hotel. Gave excuses that there is no room as repair work and over booking. Finally after more than 1 hour gave a room for one day. They themselves changed booking of two days to one day. Then I shifted myself to another hotel next day. What’s the point in giving confirmation by booking. Com when the concerned hotel doesn’t note it. Who will take the responsibility? It’s a sad state of affairs.
