+: We had an amazing stay at the Renaissance. From the prompt reply to an enquiry about airport transfers, to the smooth check-in experience, amazing room with a super comfy bed (we were delighted to get an upgrade to a suite!), wonderful and well-trained staff, an incredible breakfast buffet with a huge variety of cuisines, and great facilities including a golf buggy driver to deliver us to our room at the bottom of the multi-tiered resort. Every interaction was exceptional.

-: We found the multiple elevators in different wings of the hotel to get to and from our room to reception a little bit tedious but that can't really be helped in a hillside resort. You can always request a buggy pick up but most of the time we were happy to navigate this ourselves considering we were given an upgrade to a suite in the lower area level of the resort.

-: It was sometimes very noisy, the rooms are not sound proof so depending on where you are it can be loud late at night.

+: Vriendelijk personeel! Alles heel netjes en schoon. Helaas Bali Belly opgelopen, niet door het hotel, maar het personeel heeft me goed geholpen om me zo goed mogelijk te laten voelen.

-: Helaas stond de muziek in de lobby vrij hard, waardoor wij constant in de ochtend en avond vrij hard de muziek konden horen. Helaas hadden wij ook een rioollucht vanuit het bad en op de gang.
