+: The food was good and some of the staff were excellent. The rooms could use a little bit more of an update as the tv was old and not clear. The bathroom facilities were leaking and shower was not very clean

-: The morning restaurant staff were not responsive when asked for something.

+: Perfect location. Not too far from the Airport.

-: To be honest, there was nothing I didn't like. It was all brilliant.

+: The breakfast was excellent with typical Sub-Saharan African food. It had relatively quite nights. The staff were friendly and helpful. Security was satisfactory.

-: The general surrounding of the Hotel needs to be modernised

+: Seamless check in process, friendly staff, clean rooms. There was Wi-Fi which worked great. I liked that I could walk to nearby shops and cafes. The hotel also isn't far from the Junction Mall, a good location overall.

-: The shower didn't drain effectively which meant that after showering there was a considerable amount of water around my ankles. I had to wash my feet after stepping out of the cubicle. Also felt that the water pressure could have been stronger.
