+: Frühstück wird im Restaurant bzw. auf dem Balkon zu sich genommen. Man muss anhand einer Speisekarte angeben was man wünscht und dann wird es gebracht. Leider kein Buffet und wenig Obstauswahl. Zimmer waren groß, sauber und gepflegt. Mobiliar und Ausstattung alt aber noch in Ordnung.

-: Kein Frühstückbuffet und wenig Obstauswahl. Die Badewanne entsprach nicht dem Bild das ich bei Buchung des Zimmers gesehen hatte. (es war eine "Null-Acht-fuchzehn-Badewanne)

+: Po našem příchodu do pokoje jsme zjistili, že bezpečnostní trezor není přimontován ke skříni, ale je zde položen volně. Personál hotelu nám proto nabídl stěhování do lepšího pokoje typu suite. Balená voda na pokoji byla v pořádku, čistota také.

-: Sprcha v pokoji suite téměř nefunkční, extrémně nepohodlná proležená postel, po ulehnutí jsme se skutáleli do středu postele. V noci hluk ze dvora, neustálé rány, nedalo se vůbec spát. Pokoj nemá klimatizaci, bylo velké horko.

+: Very good location. The staff very friendly. Really care of me as i am travelling solo.

+: Henkilökunnan asenne oli kohdallaan. Auttoivat missä suinkin osasivat.

-: Wifi pc ei toiminut huoneessa käytävän päässä 5. krs.ssa. Verkko oli liian heikko. Yhteys toimi moitteettomasti vastaanotosta tai ravintolasta vastaanoton yläpuolella. - Kännykän yhdistäminen wifiin huoneessa onnistui. Vesi oli poikki koko hotellissa aamuyöstä yli aamiaisajan su 3.12.2023. Talon sisäinen vika, ei kaupungin vesilaitoksen syytä. Suihkussa sai vain joko kylmää vettä (käsisuihkun kautta tai alahanasta) tai tulisen kuumaa vettä (yläsuihkusta). Yläsuihkuun asennettu lämmitinelementti oli asennettusäädetty väärin - ? Ei siis mahdollista säätää pesuveden lämpöä, sekoittamalla kylmää ja kuumaa vettä (termostaattihanasta puhumattakaan). Hotellin kahdesta hissistä oli toiminnassa vain yksi. Se oli rikki ma 4.12.2023 keskellä päivää reilun tunnin verran. Hotellissa (katolla, ravintolakerroksessa) tehtiin remonttia. Myös sunnuntaina ja aamusta alkaen.

+: The staff was kind, good location

-: The WiFi was very bad. I asked for help but never worked well. The information to use electricity at the room, or how to use the shower was not available at the room. I had to ask at the reception for help and they spent too much time to answer.

+: Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the staff from Winnie, Lillian, Margaret, Grace, concierge, Sam and all of the team in security they are all awesome . I won't forget the house keeping Staff too they are all fantastic. Mary in the massage and Spa section of the hotel was proffessional and wonderful. I have no bad word to say and would like to encourage all staffs to keep up the excellent work.Thank you
