-: On rainy days, the floor in the room becomes slippery due to water seeping in, unless you have turned on the AC.

+: The rooms were nice and comfortable with good cooling as it was very very hot.
-: The food. They have a buffet system and it's all just bad food. They have a fine dining restaurant too where the food is okayyy.. The staff is a little lost and poorly trained. The adjoining beach is full of bugs and locals trying to sell you stuff which makes it pretty unpleasant. We went to Bentota beach close by which was much betterThe bar section is big but has no fans or any kind of cooling. Very unpleasant as it's an extremely hot country. Sheesha is terrible and over priced. The rooms next to the dining area are always smelling of stale oil and sea food.The value for money of this place is severely lacking. They are charging 5 star rates but the services and facility are just average.
