+: The rooms are good and spacious and the location is great being close to the beach

-: The hotel were unable to provide an adequate breakfast, what was served was not edible (see pics on the menu versus what was served) & therefore we had to pay to eat out each day for breakfast which should have been included. The swimming pool is dangerous, all our children cut themselves on the sharp tiles on the bottom. The manager on the phone was pushing the staff for us to pay in cash, we finally convinced them we cannot get that amount of cash out so accepted our credit card but charged us an additiojal 3%

+: very good hotel ,clean room, delicious breakfast、good Air conditioner、kind staff、The staff is a bit embarrassing, but very kind. close to the hiriketiya beach, nice sea view room. I'll come again

+: direttamente sulla grande spiaggia e vicino a localini sulla spiaggia, camera grande e spaziosa, abbastanza pulita, letti grandi e comodi

-: colazione da migliorare, molto lenti a servirla e poca scelta, hotel che è un pò datato, avrebbe bisogno di una ristrutturazione per riportarlo all'antica gloria; staff dovrebbe essere più preparato

+: the location is amazing, the room was big and easy with kids. the price is very good and the staff tried their best ;)

-: do not expect any luxury, its a simple hotel and the price tag reflects what you get. If they cleaned the bathroom and channged the towels that would help.

+: Our stay at Crystal Resort was marked by stunning views from the deluxe double room overlooking the sea and clean and comfortable beds. Based on other feedback on this place, it seems like they also had made efforts to improve the hotel’s aesthetic, giving it a fresh paint stroke here and there. We also really enjoyed the adjacent restaurant, Verse, which had a great ambiance and breakfast. Dickwella beach itself was amazing with captivating sunsets (best enjoyed with a drink in hand from one of the many beach bars).

-: While the staff were professional, injecting a bit more personality into their interactions would have been welcomed. Communication sometimes felt a tad strained. And let's talk about those laminated notes scattered all over the room – unnecessary reminders for basic tasks. As for stapling signs onto every single palm tree surrounding the pool with lists of "dos and don'ts," it felt a bit excessive and took away from the relaxed vibe. We know that thrash goes into the bin.
