+: Once on site the farm and rooms are beautiful, the guides and groundsmen are super kind and we had the most amazing swim in the waterfalls and tour of the farmland. only rating a 7 because these guys are great!
-: Serious lack of communication. emailed multiple times before being told the day before check in that they couldn’t find our booking. No one told us where we had to go to be collected by the hotel 4x4 and after agreeing a time we then had to wait 45 minutes to be collected. After arriving at the location you are very much left to yourself with no info of when food is served or what activities are actually available. No one from customer service is on site. Also we had an hour and half delay checking out even after repeatedly reminding them what time we had to leave. unnecessary stress as had a driver to meet and train to catch.
