Готель Fresco Water Villa розташований в Сигирии, в 1 км від скельного плато Сигирии. До послуг гостей відкритий басейн, ресторан, бар, безкоштовна приватна парковка і безкоштовний Wi-Fi.
Всі номери оснащені телевізором, що транслює супутникові канали. У деяких номерах облаштована вітальня зона для відпочинку після насиченого дня. В окремих номерах також є балкон або патіо. У числі зручностей всіх номерів власна ванна кімната з душем.
На території працює сувенірний магазин і розбитий сад. Гості можуть скористатися послугами пральні та хімчистки.

+: Pool was good and the food was delicious

+: The pool was gorgeous and we loved having a morning and afternoon dip. Our room whilst large was in need of a good coat of paint and the air conditioner needed replacing, it worked but made a rattling noise and the fins were broken. The breakfast was good, lots of choice.
-: The hotel was just a bit too far from anything if you wanted to wander out in the evenings for dinner. It was a tuk tuk ride anywhere.

+: The first day we were provided with a room in the old building. The room had some of the facilities not working and seems to be under maintained. On complaining, the second day we were provided a room in the new building which was much better. The ambiance was good and not far from the restaurant. The breakfast was good. Celebrating Lankan New Year with the guest on the 13th morning and presentation of songs during dinner time by the local artistes were some of the praiseworthy points. Officer in the front office Mr. Samalka was found to be very accommodative.
-: The room provided on the first day was not up to the expectation. Room was lacking some basic requirements. Some of the facilities not working and under-maintained.

+: Pool was amazing, room was clean and had lots of space. Staff organised our tuk tuks for our early start and the distance from the main town was not too bad - less than 500 lkr tuk tuk price. Overall loved it and will stay here if we return
-: The staff in the restaurant were a bit off and the restaurant was awkward to know when they were serving food. It's okay as there were very nice places to eat in town.

+: It has big swimming pool and room sizes are perfect. Each room has a spacious balcony. Breakfast was good but costly compared to similar other facility.
-: Room and balcony doors need to be shut always as otherwise monkeys might lift your valuable goods.
