+: Really quite nice place. Staff really really nice. Well train really polite room clean and big. I wish I stay longer.

+: The pool was nice as was the surrounding area. The bedroom was a nice size and bed comfortable, but needs a refurb as the couch was worn, the tiles in bathroom needed to be re grouted. Meals were nice with a good selection.

-: We arrived after check in time but still had to wait about half an hour for our keys. There were a lot of staff behind the counter but trying to arrange anything was difficult. They were unable to recommend any other restaurants in area. On trying to arrange a taxi they inflated the price and on questioning them on this their response was arrange a taxi ourselves. (We did and saved about £50 on a taxi to Colombo). Bar staff at pool bar need a bit more training on preparing drinks, especially cocktails. Our stay was just before main season and staff appeared to be training.

+: AMAZING view! The facilities were so clean, the food was delicious, and the staff was so kind. Our favorite attraction was the huge pool! Can’t wait to come back with my husband next summer!

+: This hotel is in a very nice setting and convenient location for sigyria and Dambulla caves. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the rooms were very comfortable.
