-: Hôtel au rapport qualité-prix très médiocre. Chambres petites avec peu de rangement. Éclairage blafard. Télécommande de clim qui ne fonctionne pas. Portes en PVC dégradées...... Hôtel au bord de la route. Bruit et pollution importante. Une petite piscine sur le toit avec 5 ou 6 transats sans ombre. Par contre belle plage au pied de l'hôtel. Repas et petit déjeuner moyens. Accueil très moyen. Prix exorbitant et en plus n'accepte pas les cartes bancaires Plus

+: Great hotel at the quieter end of Unawatuna Beach. Staff were excellent. Breakfast was good. The small infinity pool with loungers on the roof is a great place to watch the sunset or swim if the sea is too rough.

-: Food and drink could be more competitively priced. Not this hotel’s fault but the 5 star carbuncle of a hotel that dominates the opposite end of the Unawatuna beach spoils the previously classic arched tropical beach view from Joe’s resort. It opened a couple of years ago and looks like a office complex that has landed from space rather than in the tasteful low-rise Sri Lankan style employed elsewhere ( like at Joe’s resort! ). Pity the protests to prevent it’s construction were unsuccessful.

-: Showed us a room with sea view and balcony. Did not get the balcony. That is misinformation for marketing purposes. Hot water was not working from 930pm until late nor in the morning (even after they said they fixed it)
