+: Le lieu et l’hôtel sont top

-: Le petit déjeuner et les repas! Vraiment le point noir de cet hôtel!!! Surtout n’y mangez pas 😅

+: Lovely location & pool area, nice breakfast, small gym but functional, very comfortable bed

+: Definitely not 5 star ! The restaurant food was horrible.. and the rooms smelly

+: Friendly and helpful staff, very good location nearby Fort and railway station. We could easily go to Unawatuna locations and beaches. Room view was really nice!

+: The room was good and we got an upgrade. We did have some issues with ants and a leaking ceiling and the spa bath didn't fully drain and it also included insects. The room size was excellent and also the balcony and pool view.

-: Unfortunately, the breakfast was not of a 5 star hotel quality. A lot of training and work needs to be done in terms of food preparation and presentation. I ordered bacon and sausages and they were served lukewarm the first day and cold the next, hence inedible. The selection of breads pastries fell very short of what is expected in a supposed 5 star hotel. The Sri Lankan style food was better but again if you are labelled 5 star that sets up expectations that were not met. I experienced far better food in cheaper hotels across Sri Lanka.
