+: A Gem! Location was sensational, room sizes and style were fantastic, pool, loungers, dining all so relaxing, as soon as you walk in it Oozes relaxation

+: Endroit paradisiaque et vue magnifque sur la plage. Au calme par rapport aux plages avoisinantes. Le matin à 7 heures, vous ouvrez les rideaux sur une vue paradiaque et en allant sur la plage ; nous étions seules avec deux pêcheurs. Spectacle magnifique. Bruit des vagues pour s'endormir. Piscine également très agréable. Le petit déjeuner était délicieux.

-: Un peu cher pour la région mais en même temps; tout était magnifique. Et nous avons apprécié d'être au calme pour la fin de notre séjour. Par contre, pas facile pour se déplacer à pied. La route est assez dangereuse. Mas nous l'avons tout de même fait pour aller à la plage de Unawatuna Beach qui se trouve à côté. Et là, on a réalisé notre bonheur d'être au calme avec une plage quasi privé.

+: The design of the hotel was quite nice and it is beach front.

-: The staff were never present, we were always having to look for them in the staff room. The beddings and pillows were smelled quite strong and were discolored, we had to ask hotel staff to change. We wanted to leave right away because of the condition of the beddings. This was unfortunate because all our other hotels in Sri Lanka were wonderful or amazing.

+: Everything was superfine all personnel was super nice. They even made for us breakfast box since we had to leave early for flight. When we will visit Unawatuna we definitely will return to this hotel.

+: Amazing villa with only 7 rooms so the experience feels very intimate and bespoke. All the staff including George were so friendly and helpful and really made our stay. The food was delicious and the included breakfast is great. Lots of nice lounging areas, one great for watching the sunset! Beach is rocky but if Oli walk a little further up there’s a nice place to swim. Would absolutely recommend staying here, it was one of our favourite places on our whole trip to Sri Lanka!

-: George mentioned they are going to be doing a refurb but having one extra bin in the bedroom and a mini fridge would have been good.

+: Beautiful hotel, right on the beach! We really enjoyed our stay here!

+: The view and the pool were exceptional.

-: The rooms could be a bit more updated. The TV in the room was removed and the wall mount was still on the wall.
