+: This was a second booking for my family. Had a lovely time and staff were so friendly

+: The food served was indeed tasty, however, I couldn't help but feel that the menu lacked diversity. It would be wonderful to see more varieties introduced to cater to different tastes and preferences. Overall, a pleasant dining experience.

-: I noted that there were a couple of maintenance issues in the room. Firstly, the bathroom lock was broken, which is an inconvenience for guests and a security concern. It needs prompt repair or replacement. Additionally, I found the centralized switch system for the lights and AC to be malfunctioning. It was quite inconvenient having to toggle each appliance individually instead of having a centralized control. Addressing these maintenance issues would greatly enhance the overall guest experience at the hotel.

-: Not many people around think they went elsewhere at night, pool needs cleaning which we didn’t see happening

-: Ligging was beetje afgelegen, wel een tuktuk of ander vervoer nodig als je ergens heen wilt

+: Really loved how professional and accommodating the staff were here, from arrival and the reception staff through to everyone who looked after us in the restaurant. There are two big pools which was great for my niece, specially with the shallow areas. If you go across the main road to the private beach you can actually make your way on to the main beach which is stunning. Breakfast was great as there was lots of choice and you could get eggs made fresh. It was weirdly quiet the whole time we stayed but that just meant we got more attention from the staff and it felt more private so can't complain at that :) I would recommend staying here, and also doing a boat safari on the lake as it was a highlight of our stay.

-: It is a quiet area, I think it is still up and coming. You have everything you need at the hotel but you can also walk to places like Fishers Bar in the day time or get a short tuktuk to Yaya and other nice restaurants. The tuktuk guys are great here!

+: It was a lovely place very clean. We where right next to pool

-: We book chalet which states 2 bedrooms. But we basically had 2 rooms as stairs where on the out side. Me and partner had to divide and sleep with the children. No big deal as the rooms where lovely and big.
