+: The food options were great. The staff in the spa and housekeeping were good and friendly.

-: The resort could use good and experienced reception and front desk staff. The staff were a bit rude and inexperienced .The lady in reception was too rude. The men did not understand anything, maybe a language problem.The staff in the restaurant and bar did not attend us for the few good minutes at the start. They started attending only when I Started tipping them. Funny and ridiculous though.I requested a 2 hour room extension as the check out time was 12 pm and the transfer was arranged for 3 pm. I did not want to sit in the hot and humid climate for 3 hours. But the request was denied saying there are check-ins pending. And I did not see anyone waiting for check in at 12. If the policy says check-in starts at 2 pm why are the guests checked in around 9 am ?? then the guests should also be allowed to check out late.

-: C'era brutto tempo però speravo che almeno un giorno provassero a fare un'escursione; invece nemmeno una volta hanno provato. Tutte cancellate.

+: Good location near male, beautiful view, food, pool and snorkeling area, drinking price is very low.

-: Only one clean per day, WiFi very poor, mosquito too much , room too old.

+: Perfect location, quick transfer, really small beautiful island and there is where to swim near the beach. I’ve seen turtles on house reef.

-: Quando siamo arrivate il bagno non era stato pulito ma ci hanno prontamente pulito tutto e offerto uno sconto su un pacchetto Spa

+: Esperamos poco para el traslado del aeropuerto a la isla. 45', de los cuáles 30' fue porque atrasaron la salida para esperar a más parejas. Hicimos el check-in antes de la hora prevista.Buffet con variedades de comida muy sana, variedad en tipos de ensaladas.Trabajadores muy simpáticos.

-: Según la información que dan, si viajas por luna de miel, tienen un detalle contigo. Tienes que demostrarlo, eso sí. Les mandamos el certificado matrimonial y los detalles fueron 0.La comida del buffet está buena pero se echa en falta más variedad de platos y sobre todo de postres.Precio desorbitado del menú del bar para las comidas, 30 $ hamburguesa y bebida (lo cuál te afecta el día del check-out si el ferry de regreso vuelve por la tarde y ese día sólo tienes incluido el desyuno).Reservas habitación en primera línea de playa pero tuvimos peor suerte y la nuestra estaba a unos metros más. El andar es lo de menos, el problema que te imaginas ver el mar desde la cama o desde tu porche (como en las fotos) y luego no es así.

+: Gyönyörű a sziget, az élővilág, nagyon jó house reef van. A személyzet segítőkész, kedves, készséges, minden kérésünknek eleget tettek.Minden este van valami program, pl. karaoke, buli.
