+: The property is in a very good location, just a few minutes away from the bikini beach. The rooms are spacious and well equipped and we had hot water all throughout our stay. The staff is very nice and helpful and will replenish your drinkable water whenever you like.

-: When we came in the sheets weren’t clean at all, there were some stains and some hair. Cleanliness overall wasn’t great. The noise was terrible all throughout our stay, like loud banging coming from construction nearby or simply hearing people talk given that the walls appear to be very thin. Sleeping was tough, not gonna lie. Breakfast was a big disappointment, more often then not you would find a lot of insects in the food or nearby and flies flying around and if you go close to the closing time the options are very limited with some items completely missing and never replenished.

-: Desayuno a pesar que era en el Triton dejaba mucho que desear por el precio que se paga por el hotel. Algo comun en la isla.

+: It is conveniently located close to the bikini beach and many restaurants. Staff in general was nice and accommodating, helping us plan transportation to the airport and they even offered a juice when we got there for check in.

-: The bed was very uncomfortable, incredibly firm, like sleeping on the floor

-: La piscina y el desayuno está en otro hotel, las camas son durísimas nada cómodas.

+: The staff was extremely nice, the rooms and courtyard always clean and taken care of. Restaurant and overall atmosphere was very nice and pleasant.

-: The room was very outdated and in a desperate need of maintenance (peeling walls, rusty fridge, moldy window in bathroom) it did not look like the shiny refurbished photos on booking. The TV although promised in booking did not work.
