+: Helpful staff even before checking in and during entire stay. Spacious suite , excellent location (just off 5th avenue filled with shops & restaurants) but quiet… perfect for making playa del carmen as a base to explore other places.
-: ventilator in bathroom is noisy and cannot be turned off and bedroom door is a little hard to close (these are very minor issues)

+: Good location in the centre of town. Gentleman in the evenings was very friendly and helpful. Room had a mini fridge which was nice. Fairly big room and bed but nowhere to place bags.
-: Room had an adjoining room. The people in the adjoining room were very noisy staying up till 1-2am laughing ad playing music - very hard to sleep. Breakfast was average. Served on paper plates and felt judged by the lady who observed what you took.
