+: The resort was an awesome size. Everything within walking distance in a couple minutes. 4 restaurants, sushi bar & 24 hour snack bar. And the the buffet had a great assortment to pick from every day. Every room has an ocean view. 💙. Live music and bands at the main bar 🍸.

+: Me encanta este hotel porque tiene la mejor playa , y porque tiene una palapa y terraza frente a la playa.

+: I stayed at this resort second time. That why we decided to have my son wedding at the Acumal. When we checked in, I was amazed how hotel changed from being my favorite place to hotel I wouldn't probably back. Room was dirty, toilet didn't flash at all, no hot water in shower, I understand that Covid hit hard hospitality industry, but for price I pay I accept m ch better. Bar by the beach, it is different story, you have to order food.... and waiting time 2 hrs!!!!!!!! We left for lunch to buffet. It was probably 27 of us attending a wedding, and all of the guest shared the same experience . Wedding was beautiful. Staff tried to accommodate. Now time to find another place to stay .
