+: The only good thing was one employee who really stand out from the whole crew (Yolanda) who is a server in the pool area. She was beyond nice and attentive to our needs.

-: Not a single thing I liked from this hotel, first day the air conditioning was not working we gad to changed rooms, cleanliness was horrible, we had to used the same towels over and over because some days they wouldn’t even cleaned the room. I saw a few cockroach’s in the shower. The staff seemed to have their preferences when it comes to service. I paid ALL INCLUSIVE but upon arrival there was restrictions even for the smallest little thing (ice cream) for my child. Upon check out long wait when I had paid everything in full, yet customer service was the worst and lack of knowledge. I will not visit this hotel ever again. Not the best experience.

-: El servicio al cliente es pésimo, los meseros se dedican a atender a los extranjeros, si te escuchan hablar español olvida que te atiendan, necesite darle propina por adelantado a una mesera para que medio me atendiera en el área de albercas.
