El Dorado Royale is an adults-only, beachfront resort on The Riviera Maya. It features the More InclusiveTM concept by Lomas HospitalityTM, 14 restaurants, more than a mile of a secluded beach area, a splendid spa, and concierge services. A wonderful cenote site can be found within 25 minutes' drive away. The stylish suites and rooms at El Dorado Royale offer an indoor hot tub, bathrobes, cable TV, a furnished terrace with a small table, 2 chairs and a hammock upon request, plus a private bathroom including a hairdryer. The minibar is daily stocked with beer, soft drinks and water, plus there is a coffee maker available. The More InclusiveTM concept goes beyond All-Inclusive by offering round-trip transportation from Cancun airport to your hotel and to our parks, plus unlimited access to catamaran and reef snorkel, cenote, Aqua Nick® Water Park, and Maroma Beach with its delicious brunch. Naay Spa is divided into Spa Royale and Spa Casitas. Both offer an extensive menu of traditional and alternative spa treatments. Other activities that guests can enjoy at this resort include diving lessons and the rental of equipment, a gift shop on site, Wi-Fi access, tennis lessons and wave runners to cruise the sea.

+: We had the best time! My husband and I brought both sets of our parents for Christmas and then we stayed an extra week for New Years. The service of the staff at this hotel is incredible. Leo was a great bellman assisting with luggage, Alfonso was our favorite golf cart driver - making sure we got where we needed safely while showing us the wildlife. Isaac and Clemente were perfect bartenders at the casita pool, making sure we were always refreshed and chatting with us. Alfredo always made us feel welcome at Cabana pizza place and his partner Geramo. Miguel and Jairo did an amazing job at the Italian restaurant - so well we came back twice more and booked the wine room for a chefs dinner on New Year’s Eve! Memo prepared our chefs dinner and it was excellent! He is so passionate about what he does and it shows. We can’t wait to go back!

+: Las instalaciones en general muy bien, en particular las zonas verdes, pero me parece que hay espacio de mejora en los alimentos. De igual forma el spa me pareció excelente.
-: No me gustó que las fotos de la playa en el sitio web del hotel son completamente distintas a la realidad actual. Hoy, a lo largo de la playa, hay bloques de concreto enormes que quitan belleza al lugar.

+: Spread out and intimate property. Staff is always very helpful and always beautifully maintained. My 4th time at this resort.
-: Would be nice if they got rid of the loveseats, and Guacamaya went back to the old tables they used to have better for mingling.

-: That the 3 resorts were separated. Could not use all the facilities. The map was not very helpful. Difficult to find restaurants on the map. App didn’t give locations either.

+: Me sorprendió gratamente que todo el personal que labora en el hotel te recibe con una sonrisa, se les ve felices. Increíble la calidad de los alimentos, me encantó que solo sea buffet en desayuno y que para comida y cena, aún cuando es todo incluído, sea a la carta. También nos encantó que haya piscinas con música y mucho ambiente, pero también piscinas tranquilas, así se cubren todos los gustos y preferencias. Este hotel nos ha encantado y será de nuestra elección para futuras visitas.
