+: Bon accueil . Vue et jardin magnifiques

-: Anciennes traces au pied du grand lit .. un grand tapis aurait été appréciable pour garnir et cacher cela car ça paraissait sale. Par rapport aux autres établissements du groupe , le petit-déjeuner était moins bien . Le personnel moins bien formé .

+: Friendly staff, good food

-: The beach does not have much space if you want to enjoy the sun. There was a lot of sargassum, so we were invited to go to La Zebra to spend the day; and that was really nice.

+: room was great and the view was amazing. they had everything you would need. just the right size pool. the staff went above the normal service.

-: Unfortunately the Tulum government e woke us up in the middle of the night and told everyone at the resort to pack and leave. It was super scary and it ruin our vacation.

+: We loved the experience with the staff (they called for our taxis, turndown service with tea and chocolates, scheduled our antigen test in our room, and enjoyed staying in the patio). The rooms were a good size.

-: Not much we didn't like. It was towards the beginning of the hotel zone so there weren't as many restaurants or shops close but there was a 7-11 nearby and a couple restaurants within walking distance.

+: The location was great and staff was extremely nice and accommodating. Room was clean though there were times when there was no water. Otherwise no complaints. Not too expensive for the location and felt well taken care of
