+: The room was very comfortable. Shout out to Raul who was exceptional and made our stay wonderful. Bed was comfortable.
-: It was very difficult to find the lobby and parking. The signage is inadequate. Raul accompanied us or otherwise we would have been lost Dinner upstairs was slow service and food was cold when it arrived. Again, staff were lovely just not as attentive. We would stay here again except we travel with our dog. Staff was welcoming but not a great place for a dog. Not hotels fault, in the city, little green space.
