Hotel Plaza Caribe is located in central Cancun, and just in front is the ADO bus station. Outdoor swimming pool and an on-site restaurant. The rooms at Hotel Plaza Caribe are functionally decorated and feature air conditioning, free toiletries, and flat-screen TV with satellite channels. The hotel has on fast-food restaurant, and another restaurant serves Mexican dishes. There is also a bar. Cancun International Airport is 20 minutes’ drive from Hotel Plaza Caribe, and shopping malls are within 5 minutes’ drive. The hotel has a children's water park. Restaurant discount for guests. Close to transportation to the shopping malls, beaches, supermarkets & conveniences stores.

+: La alberca y l horario es hasta las 11 generalmente en otros lugares a las 10 , y ata grande y cómoda . Las instalaciones son amplias magnifico para familias

+: La ubicación muy central y estratégica para poderse mover de forma rápida y segura.
-: El horario de desayuno abren restaurante a las 7 am, pague un servicio con desayuno del cual solo pude disfrutar una sola vez ya que cuando uno contrata los tours, por su ubicación son el primer hotel que recogen y no se alcanza a desayunar, se hablo pero no dieron ninguna opción ni tampoco alternativa por el servicio que no se disfruto.La habitación que nos tocó no tenía ventana con ello y la humedad el olor era muy notable.

+: La naturaleza que hay dentro del hotel muy bonito los árboles las plantas y la iluminación
-: Que el cuarto olía a humedad y la coladera del baño estaba despegada se encontraba el oyó de la coladera ala vista se veía muy mal la verdad

+: Lo único positivo era que estaba enfrente de la parada de autobuses ADO.
-: Habitaciones viejas y en mal estado. Olor a humedad. Un hotel de 4 Estrellas que es como uno de 1 Estrella.

+: Easy check in. Very friendly staff. Nice pool area.
-: Beds were uncomfortable. Room was damp and musty smelling. AC didn't work well to remove humidity. No face cloths or hand towels. In general, hotel room was shabby.
