+: I love this place. It makes my entire vacation. Everything about it is first class. I have stayed here at least 6 times and am looking forward to my next t stay

+: A localização é ótima, em frente à praia, pé na areia. Instalações limpas e confortáveis.

+: This hotel has the literal best beach on the island and probably the best beach in the country of Mexico. I walked all of Playa Norte and the beach right in front of Ixchel was the best!

-: The water in the pool was actually hot, wish they could have added cold water daily but maybe that messes with the chemicals. The bed was really hard, but blankets were nice. We slept well so if this is my worst complaint, It's a pretty great place.
