-: The air conditioning don’t was working properly, very hot the first night, no assistance to help and not security all night;( no medical service.The employees at the breakfast they don’t give a good service also , ( not good coffe and not bread ) The concierge never attend her job , she never give a welcome tour and not welcome drinks also .

-: The menu of the restaurant. Expensive and not very good. The loud music on the beach of the hotel. (we were the only clients on this beach and the staff did not want to put the sound down). Four little bottle of water in the room for the day would be better than three.

+: We were in Mexico for two weeks, we visited almost the entire Yucatan. This is the only place where we were cheated. The facility charged us money for the reservation, but we did not receive the room!!! To date, our funds have not been refunded. Las Nubes also did not agree to a refund through booking.com. If you don't want to waste your money, avoid this place!
