+: Es nuestra segunda vez en Palmaia y siempre nos vamos con ganas de volver. Es uno de los pocos lugares donde realmente vas a descansar, reconectar y recargarte de energia, ademas de ser un lugar donde te hacen sentir como familia, todo el equipo siempre esta muy atento y con la mejor disposición. Las instalaciones estan muy bien cuidadas, la limpieza 100 puntos, las areas, actividades y comida del hotel son magnificos.

+: EVERYTHING this hotel exceeded our expectations in every single way. To start the concept is very nice and is an excellent place to relax, to reconnect with yourself and to disconnect from everything else. All the activities were amazing, the food in all restaurants was perfect, the scenary was magical, the beach is pristine and they clean it everyday from seaweed, the gym is inside a jungle literally, the room was filled with exciting ammenities and excellent treats like on our first night they received us with strawberries with non lactose dark chocolate; there were other things like coconut water, combucha, nuts, dried papaya, etc for free at the room, the hair dryer is amazing it never failed and it left my wife hairs as if she had gone to the beauty salon... our nomadic Esteban was great he was all the time helpful and on top to helpo us, drivers like Oscar who was always happy to have a talk with us and was very kind... the whole staff is perfect, the bed felt literally like sleeping on a cloud, it was incredible... the hotel is a 2010

-: nothing... I just though it would be nice to include a night activity with a bonfire on the beach to tell us stories of legends of this area of Mexico or about the mayans but this is something way extra... the hotel is already long good enough

+: It is literal paradise! Gorgeous beach, tranquil setting, quiet as a solo traveller, incredible ceremonies and healing sessions, yoga and meditation. Spa is incredible. Try it a very special place and the staff just add the cherry on top! You won’t be disappointed in this place unless you want a hard core party place cause this isn’t it. It’s a wellness resort and it delivers a magical experience

+: Saubere, große Zimmersuiten. Meerblick heißt dann Zimmer auf dem 3,4 oder 5ten Stock. Essen muss man mögen, alles Vegan Vegetarisch aufgebaut. Auf Nachfrage gibt es aber auch „normaleres“ Essen, aber kein Fleisch. Mehrere Restaurants mit Menu Auswahl, aber kein Buffet. (Auch nicht beim Frühstück) Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Man spürt förmlich den Willen die Kunden zufriedenzustellen. Praktisches Handgelenk Chip der auch als ZimmerSafe Schlüssel fungiert. Fahrräder stehen zur Verfügung um die schon recht große Anlage zu erkunden. Fantastischer Garten rund ums Hotel, versteckte Geheimgänge, mehrere Swimmingpools, Strand und Pool Liegen erlauben jedem Gast seinen Lieblings Platz zu finden und zu genießen.

-: Zimmertür leider nicht optimal isoliert, deswegen sind alle Flur Geräusche (hauptsächlich andere Gäste) wahrnehmbar.

+: Palmaia is an extraordinary place to retreat body, mind and soul. The hotel is top notch, the staff is going above and beyond, food is excellent. Can not wait to return.
