+: The set-up of the resort was nice, quiet, rustic and away from the hussle and bussle of Playa del Carmen but still reachable by taxi in around 20mins. The pool was lovely, water fresh and clean. We liked the varieties of drinks such as wines, sparkling wines and beers and overall we thought the food was good and every evening there was a different theme for dinner, which was nice. We really appreciated all the fresh fruits and vegetables at meal times. The proximity to the beach was good and you could swim right next to the resort, a few mins walk. It was also nice to walk on the beach and check out the other beachfront places. We had a spacious clean room with a balcony overlooking the pool area. Staff were friendly and hardworking.

-: You couldn't swim directly from the beach in front of the hotel, as the beach was rocky. The swimming area on the beach overall was a bit small because of the jet skis. The pool was lovely but could get crowded. Our room was nice and clean but perhaps could do with a bit of a refresh.

+: Excellent breakfast and dinner that included in the price. The beach bungalows were very nice and clean. Staff was absolutely superb and location right on the beach, can't be beat. Highly recommend Petit Lafitte hotel for your next stay.

+: Sehr gutes Essen. Vermutlich weil außerhalb der Saison: Frühstück und Abendessen beides als Menü und nicht Buffet.

-: None of the food we ate were tasty so it could be a problem for those who don't want to leave the hotel and go to the town

+: Beach location with some privacy feeling in-between huge hotels. Good food, although dinner has a limited choice of just 2 mains.

-: All hotels in this area are far away from everything, even the main road. So you need a rental or pay taxi fees which are not cheap. They will not allow you to check out even 1 hour past the official time - immediately they request a fee.

+: Todo, la ubicación, el servicio las instalaciones,

-: El tiempo de respuesta en los restaurantes, me pareció lento,más en el restaurante principal, aunque era el mismo personal en el bar, fue mejor el tiempo de respuesta, aunque mejorable.
