+: Beautiful grounds, friendly staff, good food.

-: Needs to be updated…there are doing a 37 million dollar renovation.

+: Huge complex with lots of choice of pools and areas to relax and soak up the sun Good restaurants, the zen and teppanyaki was great and included in AI. Lots to keeps kids entertainedHector at the guest concierge was a stand out staff member for us, we traveled with family who had a one year old and hector kindly helped us reserve tables at the restaurant to help accommodate the little one. What a star he was, friendly and helpful. Some staff weren’t. The coffee shop on site was great, the staff friendly and provided good service. Great gym excellent facilities. Morning yoga was lovely.

-: The resort is very isolated and they use this to their advantage with the ridiculous prices in the shops and boutiques. 13USD for a bottle of Evian drinking water. 30-40 USD for suntan lotion. Bring EVERYTHING with you or get caught paying “ resort prices “.Access to drinking water was a nightmare. Sometimes water bottles (two small bottles) were not replaced in the rooms mini bar, after calling to ask for drinking water it never arrived. There was nowhere for water refill around the complex except the reception which was filled with fruit. The hotel bans straws for eco friendly purposes, why not encourage people to refill their own reusable water bottles? Also frustrating that in the buffet you need to ask for a spoon, really annoying when they serve soups, yoghurts, ice cream. They also fill your water glass in the buffet, needing to ask for more. It was really hot during our stay so staying hydrated but not drinking alcohol or fizzy juice was a challenge.

-: I saw a raccoon in the hotel hallway and also roaches in my room

+: The room was beautiful even though it wasn’t the correct room.

-: They didn’t have my room available when I got there. They also didn’t give me the correct room at all!

-: Check in was horrible and the place smells bad. The water in our room smelled like fish. Horrible. No activities really. First allInclusive that didn’t include top shelf liquor.

-: The staff had no respect for our times. Made to wrongly wait at checkout asking us to clear dues which were wrongly charged. They had no consideration for our time and the fact that we would miss our flight due to their inefficiencies and mistakes.
