-: The cleaning lady tried to enter our room the first night, I imagine because she didn't know that the room was already occupied, but it was very annoying because she woke us up and she didn't even apologize. Also when they gave us the room we realized that they had not emptied the trash can, I am not sure they cleaned the room properly.

-: The staff at the front desk was not helpful. She did not try to fulfill my request that I put online ahead of time and at check in. I request two room to be together or close and away from elevators. But I got completely opposite. The attitude of the staff was also not warm showing no helpful signs. I was not comfortable then.

+: Su ubicación, justo frente al Angel de la Independencia, a lado de la Embajada de EEUU. Su desayuno bufet está delicioso.
-: Hubo una convención de una marca de aceites escolares y los elevadores estaban súper llenos y lentos, el lobby llenísimo y bloqueaban los pasillos.
