+: Very beautiful and clean resort for a reasonable price. It is right next to the beach, so it's just a nice walk downstairs to enjoy the waves. They have a life guard. I'm not sure how much he sees as the waves were pretty rough most days, but I appreciated someone being there. The staff were all friendly and accommodating except the men operating the bar next to the beach. They got a bit grumpy right before closing time (5pm) if you were ordering last minute before they closed so plan accordingly. I was a bit apprehensive booking a resort that was not adult-only, but the kids were really on one side of the resort. I would stay here again.

-: The buffet wasn't the best. Of course, you shouldn't have high expectations for resort food, but you could tell most of the buffet food was from the previous day and just warmed up again for that day. I tried to only get foods that were cooked in front of me. It was mangeable but not the best. The reserved dinners were a lot better.If you want a seat next to the pool, do exactly what many of the reviews have advised. Make sure you're out of your room by 8 am latest. Grab a towel and your stuff, and place your items on your pool chairs before going to get breakfast. I did this everyday of our stay after I noticed how packed it got after 9am. Otherwise, you are out of luck. Unfortunately, it is what it is. Early bird gets the worm.

+: The hospitality was very excellent.

-: There need to be more activities for adults on premises.

+: Me gustó mucho la comida, tuve la oportunidad de visitar todos los restaurantes del hotel y todos en general fueron excelentes desde la atención hasta la comida, el hotel es muy bonito, su playa es un lugar muy relajante.

-: No me gusta mucho que cierren la playa a las 6 pm aprox ya que si entiendo que ya no debe meterse nadie al mar por peligro, pero estaria bien que dejaran estar a orilla de la playa en los camastros hasta mas tarde, también poder cenar a orilla del mar.

+: We liked the space in the rooms, the cafe which has ice cream & crapes for the kids.

-: From the beginning, no one greeted us at arrival nor made us feel welcome as it was our first time. Once we got our room we made our way to the buffet for lunch, not much of a variety of foods & most were cold. We headed to the pool & the servers seemed to pass by us but no one would stop to see if we needed anything or like a drink. The pool food was blah as well, my kids aren’t picky eaters but they did not like how tasteless everything was. On our second night we met Monserrat at the pool which we loved her, she remembered us & would help out during the week when we needed drinks. The servers in the buffet or restaurants also were not helpful, they took too long to come back with drinks or would forget. We had to ask for refills. Seems Hilton needs to hire more staff because the little they have is running around and giving the brand a bad name. There is still a lot to add that we didn’t enjoy but I will leave it at that. This is was our first & last time here unfortunately we will not be going back.
