+: El personal tanto de recepción y desayuno fueron excelentes. La ubicación, seguridad, limpieza excelentes.

-: El aire acondicionado y las regaderas, se necesita mantenimiento.

+: La atención del personal bastante deficiente, no te ayudan ni para subir las maletas, olvide un vestido que use para una boda un dia antes y hoy que marque mi vestido no aparecía, me cuestionaron hasta de si si lo llevaba cuando lo use un dia antes, me dijeron que no me podían resolver nada y que no encontraban nada, tuve que llamar a otro hotel de la cadena a quejarme para que me apoyaran porque de plano en ese no estaba recibiendo el apoyo que requería para recuperar mis cosas

+: Location is excellent. The staff very polity and helpful. Clean and comfortable. I would recommend this hotel for work or holidays, Bfast is limited but good.

-: There are rooms that are dark and damp, specially the ones on the back of the hotel, I request to change the room, at the beginning they gave me hard time, until I told them that I was going to another hotel, they offer me to change my room to a decent one.

+: Ce que j'attends d'un hôtel: qu'il soit central, sécuritaire, tranquille et surtout très propre. Ce qui était le cas de cet établissement. La suite était spacieuse et confortable.

-: J'aurais donné 10 à l'hôtel plutôt que 8 pour trois inconvénients majeurs. D'abord, le petit déjeuner (inclus dans le tarif) est décevant. Café infect, alors qu'à Mexico on boit de l'excellent café, aucune variété de menu d'un jour à l'autre. J'aurais préféré un petit déjeuner payant pour obtenir plus de qualité. Heureusement, la suite était dotée d'une cuisinette où nous avons pris nos petits déjeuners. Deuxième inconvénient: la cuisinette justement. Elle était sous-équipée en terme de vaisselle. Un seul couteau, par exemple. Quand on en a réclamé un deuxième, on nous a expliqué qu'il s'agissait de la politique de la maison. Bizarre! Enfin, troisième inconvénient: le personnel de la réception est accueillant et compétent, mais ne parle à peu près pas anglais, ce qui complique énormément les communications. Par ailleurs, il aurait été apprécié qu'on nous donne une idée des services disponibles autour de l'hôtel (supermarché, etc.).

+: Great location near Ave Reforma and a lot of restaurants. Convenient for tourist spots. Staff was really nice

+: Since I found it, this is my prefer hotel whenever I have to work near Reforma. Reception well mannered and helpful, cleaning staff good (but sometimes looks upset) room and kitchenet clean and working. nice internet and location. I love this place. Price standard for what they offered

-: Gym is little (only for one person at the time) Continental breakfast has few options. The best are the room with street view, the back room has no view (or to the roofs of the buildings)

+: Have stayed here many times over the years and always enjoy my stay. Very clean, comfortable and well-maintained property. Excellent location and soundproof rooms.
