+: Location is great on the beautiful beach.Markets and exchange next to the property. Owner organized shuttle service for us.Apartment is well equipped with all things you need.You will get the sunbeds as well which is big plus.Area itself is really quiet with not much to do. That was great for us as we wanted to recharge first half of our trip.And finally the biggest attraction was customer service: we were approved early check-in without any hustle, and Mr. Mahendra who was on the property was super helpful and kind. He gave us best papaya fruit among other things.This is the reason for me giving 10 and if you want some peaceful time with great beach and kind people I warmly recommend this property.

+: La vista mare dal balcone è meravigliosa,la posizione,nella spiaggia di Anse Royal,la pulizia dell’appartamento dotato di ogni confort, la pulizia giornaliera, il gestore e’ molto simpatico e disponibile,ti porta le sdraio in spiaggia e se vuoi utilizzare le canoe te le porta direttamente in mare.

+: L emplacement est parfait. La personne qui nous a recu et s est occupé de nous etait parfaite, agréable, serviable et attentionnée. L appartement est très bien, le mobilier pourrait être modernise.

+: It was very nice, very clean and nice hotel right next to the beach, we could literally see the beach and a fantastic view with sea and palm trees. There were also stores and other convenient things nearby. The staff was very friendly and helpful( the guy from Sri Lanka helped me crack a coconut and he prepared it for me to eat). Overall fantastic definitely absolutely recommend it!

+: Travelled with wife and 1+ year old. We stayed in Room 1 (beachview). Our room had a balcony to enjoy the stunning view. Linda, the caretaker, was exceptional and an asset to this place. She was thoughtful and took good care of us from check-in to check-out. The villa is on the doorstep of a quaint beach. Perfect condition for swimming and general lazing around. On the main road, there is a bank, money exchanger, and 2 small supermarkets. There are nearby delicatessen, cafe and bar.

-: Problemi con il pagamento poiché pur avendo già concluso e pagato il soggiorno, l'addebito totale dell'importo trattenuto per garanzia non è ancora tornato nella mia disponibilità dopo 6 giorni....e speriamo che mi venga restituito!
