+: Despite the staff, you can't beat this place for it's location and cleanliness of the room. Great for short stays I reckon.

-: Maybe it's a generational thing, but the staff were very curt and direct throughout my time there.

+: Brilliant location and the room was okay for the price

-: We found the staff quite rude. We gave a 500 baht key deposit on arrival, and when we were leaving, they aggressively demanded 300 baht for a towel that had some makeup on it. We thought it was a lot to ask (8 euros) to replace a towel.

+: The location of this guesthouse is perfect. It is centered in Phuket Old Town, surrounded by many souvenir shops, a travel agency located two doors away (which I highly recommend), and a clinic next door with an English-speaking doctor. There is also an ATM nearby for any emergency withdrawal. The staff were super friendly. Although they speak little English, we communicated well through a translator apps. I will definitely come here again!

+: we stayed in the room with the balcony overlooking the street which was an added bonus as very pretty! it was very clean upon arrival and had the option if we wanted it cleaned everyday. such a perfect location - couldn’t recommend more!!

+: Es liegt direkt im Zentrum der Alten Stadt Phuket. Das war sehr angenehm.

-: Der Mann an der Rezeption war etwas unfreundlich. Das Zimmer war zwar schön aber die Klimaanlage war so extrem laut dass wir nicht schlafen konnten!! Vor allem weil die Klimaanlage nur funktioniert wenn die Schlüsselkarte im Controllcenter steckt….
