-: Breakfast of very low quality in non-air-conditioned hot and humid ambiance.But WORST : Weird experience with the Management !We were frequenters (8x) within the last decade and I had booked and prepaid for 14 nights in Sept. 2019, but due to the Covid issue wasn't allowed to come to Thailand. Upon request a voucher on hotel nights was issued with a volume of USD 650 and terminated for 1 year (whysoever). Since Covid lasted by far longer than expected it was not possible to turn it in in order to redeem the prepaid service. All attempts to get an extension of the validity by email and calling simply failed. With this stay I presented the case in person and was denied any compensation - I had never asked a refund but simply receiving the service booked and paid for by issuing a new- or extending the old voucher ! As a "compensation" they offered free breakfast for the last 3 days of this time's stay , not even considering that breakfast was included in our booking anyway - apart from that, I wonder how a $200 breakfast should look like !This is nothing but a huge farce , a very bad business conduct and lack of integrity. I'd call it a scam !
