+: Trevligt läge, nära till Lumpini Park, bra restauranger och shopping.

+: Great location. Safe. Comfortable. Really spacious suite. Useful free Tuk tuk service to nearby train stations. Really lovely staff. Good air con. Nice refurbished interiors.

-: The breakfast was disappointing.

+: The location is central, close to the train and malls. Clean, staff was very helpful.

-: Now I gave them a 6 rating because when I checked out on Aug 20, I was told it would be 14 days to get my deposit refund and my card wouldn't be charged. My card was charged, it's Sep 9 and haven't gotten my money back. I reached out to them and they keep saying it's a hold on my card and I wasn't charged and it will take 3 to 4 weeks to get my refund. Yet I was charged 😒. I keep getting the run around and no one seems to be helpful enough to tell me what's going on and why they keep moving out the date for my refund. I travel a lot and it doesn't take 14 days leave alone 3 to 4 weeks for a refund. Be careful with this hotel when booking it.

+: Ruhig und gleichzeitig zentrale Lage, und mit Tuk-Tuk-Service sehr gut an Metro und BTS angebunden. Ausreichend großer Pool und gutes Frühstück.

-: Alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen und eher karg in den Zimmern.

+: The bed was very comfy, the room was enormous, access to netflix, aircon was cold, it was great to have a full kitchen and big bathroom too.

-: It is a little dated and the external windows were quite dirty so you couldn't admire the view of the incredible city.

+: Great location and a very easy place to stay as a family.

-: Daily water provided in small plastic bottles everyday. Why not provide reusable bottles or have a water refill station.
