+: We loved our stay at Banyan Tree! We stayed 2 nights to end our holiday in Thailand with a bit more luxury. We liked everything about it: the staff is super friendly, the bed was super comfortable, the pool is great and the rooftop bar has a beautiful view on the city. They thought about every little detail to make your stay convenient. The location was great with public transport nearby. Highly recommended!

+: It doesn't get better than the banyan tree. We loved it here...again. We come here everytime we are in Bangkok. The rooms are lovely, breakfast is incredible and the staff are just so helpful and outstanding. We will of course be back.

-: Very little could be better. It's just ideal.

+: June who checked us in was very friendly, gave us an upgraded room which was at additional charge but very nice. Staff were very friendly and clean spacious hotel and really nice rooftop bar that was quite busy

-: The window is room was only single glazed which was strange considering we were on 45th floor, felt it was dangerous and room was very loud due to the thin glass

+: Absolutely top Service and very good Customer Relations. Pim at the reception of Club Level is amazing and One of the best Hotel employees I ever experienced. Thanks.

+: Great room and generous club lounge. Loved the roof top bar.

-: Traffic can get a little busy outside during rush hour.
