+: Sehr saubere und gepflegte Anlage. Sehr nettes Personal. Kostenlose Kokosnüsse.Nähe zum Bangtao beach =5-10 Gehminuten. Bang Tao friday Nachtmarkt= TukTuk ~150 BahtKostenlose gesicherte Parkplätze.Tops daily ( ähnlich 711) in Laufnähe.Alle Fernseher auf dem neusten Stand und funktionieren. Air con modern. Hochwertige nicht verlebte Möbel

-: Die Grundstücke um die Anlage herum werden gerade mit "Palästen" zugebaut. Baulärm 7 Tage die Woche ab 8 Uhr Die Aussicht wird zugebaut. Auch wenn es sehr schöne Strandbars gibt ist ( zumindest im August) gar nichts los. Außer einiger volltrunkener Russen.

+: Gorgeous apartment, excellent facilities, cleaning, and staff were all so polite,friendly and helpful. Location perfect, for getting into town or waking to beach.

-: Building works, the biggest pool right next to it, constant building noise from 7-7 everyday. Such a shame as the entire complex was so good, this just spoiled relaxing by the pool.

+: The apartment was perfect for our needs, large living area and the kitchen was well equipped so we could make food in the apartment. The team are very friendly, the standard of cleaning in the room is very good.The pool is very niceThe location is pretty good, not directly on the beach but a short walk, convenience store is a short walk. A full service supermarket a 5 minute taxi trip away.

-: The construction next door is a bit annoying, they do follow noise rules though and don't work late or start early.Walking the streets around the construction might make a nervous traveller wary.Like a lot of streets in Thailand there are no footpaths so if like us you have young children you need to be confident to walk on the side of the road with a stroller.We had no issues with it the workers and other road users are used to working around pedestrians.

+: Rien très mauvais séjour j’ai payé sur place pour rester 2 jours de plus et au bou d’une journée on m’a dis de partir car ils avaient fais une erreur ! Ils m’on mi dehors avec mon bébé de 8 mois !! Inadmissible !! heureusement ils m’on remboursé la nuit supplémentaire que j’avais payé et que je n’avais pas fais !! Et tous ça car j’ai crier que ce n’était pas normal !!! Je déconseille fortement !!!

-: المكان قريب من بناء جديد فكان مزعج طوال اليوم التنظيف مرة واحدة كل اربع ايام

+: تعامل العاملين الشقه واسعه ونظيفه ادوات المطبخ متكامله

-: التنظيف كل اربعه ايام مره واحدهوجود اعمال بناء مقابل السكن مما سبب الازعاج

+: The location was great and the space for our family of 5 was adequate. The lap pool was great and the facilities were clean. The cleaners did an excellent job with cleaning our apartment.

-: There is a lot of construction in that area of Bang Tao right now, so there was a lot of construction noise at the apartment. The gym is very small with not a lot of equipment.

+: The space we had was amazing, we were very much left to our own devices but staff were available if we needed help (like when I couldn't work out how to open the safe). The pool was amazing, we virtually had it all to ourselves. The beach was very close by.

-: There was a massive construction site opposite our balcony. To be fair it didn't bother us very much at all, they have a job to do and thats fair enough. The whole area is being developed so in 5 years time it probably won't feel as remote.
