+: The location is great with a temple in the back and the night market starting as soon as you walk out the lobby. There's also a 7-11 right across the street and one more at the far end of the block. "I'm Chinatown" shopping mall is also located 2 blocks away.

-: The room desperately needed a renovation. Everything was old and brown, paint peeling off, stained couch and curtains, smelly fridge. The squeaky pipes are also quite loud and distracting.

+: The staff was very helpful, they helped me call the taxi driver I lost my phone at and were overall very friendly. The location is good, directly on the main street of China town but there is not too much noise (was during Songkran). The check in process was smooth, the cleaning service provides fresh towels, sheets and water everyday.

-: The facilities were little bit old and the breakfast didnt provide many options (but still good).
