-: early check in was not confirmed initially, but after request it was given, water bottles extra are being charged.

+: Good and complete studios with functional kitchen in a good location of the city. Close to BTS station, shops and restaurants

+: Room was clean and staff were friendly and attentive. Complimentary tuk tuk service was provided to and fro, from hotel to lyf hotel which was near to the main road. Hotel was walking distance from Nana BTS.

-: Water from shower head was inconsistent in temperature and flow. Not much local food around the area, more catered to tourists.

+: The rooms were a decent size and the location was good for getting to places, the staff were really lovely too.

-: The swimming pool is tiny (the photo is taken from a really good angle) and there is no where to sit by the pool. The road up to the hotel has lots of slightly seedy bars.

-: The water in the shower in the en suite bathroom, was extremely inconsistent warm and then cold and then most of the time it just stayed cold never got warm or hot enough to take a showerThe pillows were just awful way too thick terrible for the neck
