+: The newly renovated rooms and facilities are very nice and efficiently made. The mattress and pillows were of perfect firmness. The corner room was very quiet and could not hear the heavy rain outside. Staff were very attentive and served needs perfectly.
-: While the renovation is nicely done, the decor and colors were missing. A simple Thai design and color touches would be nice.

+: The refurbished rooms were fine along with the cleanliness of the bathroom and the hallway. There is also no strong artificial smell of room fresheners or cleaning agents used. Staff response was quick during check-in out with details carefully checked.
-: The room is a bit too monotonous and has lost a Thai touch compared to the previous years. The spa seems to be outdated and the floor did not look clean. Food quality can be improved, especially for Thai food. Restaurant staff may need to be added especially during rush hours.
