+: Hotel was OK, good value for the price it should have costed. The owner was nice too, promising to help.
-: I booked the hotel on Booking.com. Right after it, THB 13 were credited from my card. Not much but annoying. One our later and still hours before my arrival a no show fee of THB 270 was credited from my card. The hotel receptionist then requested me to pay the full amount upon arrival. Finally paid more than 150% of the price. And never any response from Booking.com. It's already the 2nd case, I'm not really likely to book again over this platform now. And for the hotel, it's self explaining that I don't want to risk to stay there again.
