+: When I first read some reviews, I hesitated to book. However, this turned out to be a really nice hotel. My room was new, very clean, and had all the amenities you could want—nice toiletries, sandals, a robe, a comfortable bed, and a TV with all the channels. The staff was friendly, and the breakfast was amazing, offering both Asian and Western options, including fruits, sweets, salads, soups, rice, pasta, and more. I will definitely stay here again, especially considering the money I saved compared to other places I have stayed in the Silom area. I also loved the traditional Thai outfits worn by the doormen and waiting staff.

-: The design is a little bit on the old-fashioned side but that's just preference. Other people like the style

+: Close to the BTS, centrally situated, super clean and great breakfast! Staff is excellent!

+: The staff is very nice though not very informative as they didn't give me any info on the facilities I could use upon check-in (pool hours, gym, common areas etc.).I discovered the sauna inside the bathroom of the gym, that was nice!It's pretty quiet and an easy walk to Silom MRTSaladaeng BTS.They weighed my suitcase upon request and let me work and stay in the lobby until I booked a taxi at midnight to BBK, that was nice of them!

-: They don't deep clean the rooms. I found hairs in my bathroom, near the "door" (not only head hair if you know what I mean). There's no door to the bathroom in the single bedroom of the new wing.I didn't dare sit on the chair without putting a towel on it first... There were stains on the bedsheets.You have to cross the restaurant to get to the new wing, that's really awkward.It's catered to Chinese tourists, everything is written in Chinese.I don't think that's a 5-star hotel, 4 at most.
